Dried, chopped organic Licorice root (Glycyrrhiza glabra). 100g
Gently decoct (simmer) 1tsp per person in a pot for 20 minutes. Wonderful with Ginger.
Please be mindful that it can bubble over the side of the pot so keep an eye on it in the beginning.
Not to be used for those experiencing hypertension and not suitable for long term use unless you have a diet high in potassium as it can deplete the store of potassium in the body in high doses/long term use.
